Accessibility Statement in accordance with the Accessibility Improvement Act
Scope:
This statement applies to the KREISEL – Technika Budowlana online platform (hereinafter referred to as “KREISEL”), including publicly available self-service tools, product information, and contact functions.
KREISEL makes every effort to ensure that its digital offering complies with the requirements of the Act of 4 April 2019 on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities, as well as with the applicable technical accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) at level AA.
Current compliance status:
This website and its related tools are partially compliant with the requirements of the aforementioned standards.
Non-compliant content is currently being systematically identified and improved.

This statement was prepared on 28 April 2025 based on self-assessment and technical audits carried out using automated tools.
Content not accessible to people with disabilities
The following content and functions are currently not fully accessible to people with disabilities:
- PDF documents and older Office files published before 23 September 2018 are partially inaccessible (lack of tags, alternative text, structural information).
- Some navigation areas are not fully operable using a keyboard (WCAG 2.1.1 Keyboard Accessible).
- In some cases, alternative text for graphic elements is missing (WCAG 1.1.1 Non-text Content).
- Video content currently does not include subtitles or audio description (WCAG 1.2.2 / 1.2.5).
